Can I change the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

What are your sizing options?
Our average delivery time varies between 3-7 days but may take longer for “made to order” styles.
I was not available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?
Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please inform our customer care team on +91 96679 85711 so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.
What are the shipping charges on Grehani?
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD orders a shipping fee of Rs 99 is charged.
Do the shipping charges vary on the number of items purchased/ item weight?
All shipping charges are FLAT irrespective of the order size and weight.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We ship regular orders within 24 business hours and deliver within 2-4 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via phone at 9667985711 . Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
What is the difference between unstitched, semi-stitched and readymade products?
Unstitched products are fabric materials which can be stitched by the customer to their exact size.
Semi-stitched suits come half-stitched. For example, semi-stitched suits that have basic half-stitching So, you will have to ask your tailor to make it to your exact size.
Readymade products are ready to wear according to industry-wide standard sizes like S, M L, XL etc.
